Nick Hodge is Vice President, Corporate Real Estate for The Kroger Co., where he is responsible for executing the Company’s real estate strategy and oversees all new storing, brick & mortar capital deployment and value creation for the company’s 2,800 grocery stores and 200+ retail shopping centers nationally. Prior to Kroger, Nick worked for ProLogis Trust, an Industrial REIT, in their acquisitions, leasing and marketing departments. Nick is a Trustee of the International Council of Shopping Centers, member of Urban Land Institute, member of the Financial Policy Committee for Cincinnati Center City Development Corporation (“3CDC”) and serves on the board of the Downtown Cincinnati Improvement District.
Nick received his Bachelors of Arts Degree from Washington & Lee University in Lexington, VA and his Masters of Business Administration from The Ohio State University in Columbus, OH. He and his wife, Tracy, live in Cincinnati, OH with their 4 children.
