In her role leading The Hershey Experience, Suzanne employs experiential marketing to profitably build affinity for Hershey’s brands around the world.  The Hershey Experience portfolio includes: 

World Travel Retail, introducing Hershey’s products to over a billion global travelers in more than 70 countries;   Global Retail Experience, immersing consumers in interactive branded activities in locations including the world’s largest visitor center in Hershey, PA, New York Times Square, Las Vegas, Singapore, Bali and soon to include Philadelphia and Hong Kong;  Direct to Consumer Digital Commerce, digitizing the Chocolate World experience on an owned ecommerce platform, offering exclusive content enabling consumers to express their brand love through gifts, apparel, and life-style products;  Global Licensing, extending Hershey’s brands to new usage occasions across food and non-food categories, recognized as one of the leading licensors in the world  

Recently, Suzanne led Global Chocolate Innovation for The Hershey Company, responsible for development of new product platforms within chocolate confectionery for Hershey’s North America and International regions.  Within her Innovation role, Suzanne led cross functional teams of innovation experts, including marketers, consumer researchers, R&D scientists, financial analysts, and operational engineers.  This team analyzed global trends to deliver new confectionery products grounded in deep consumer attitudinal and behavioral insights, meeting Hershey financial requirements while leveraging the power of Hershey's iconic brand portfolio.   

Prior to her role as Global Innovation Senior Director, Suzanne served as Brand Director for Hershey's Kisses and Hershey's Bliss, where she developed consumer and go-to-market strategy for both brands, inclusive of new ad copy for everyday, seasonal and new product launches.  Previously, Suzanne also served as Marketing Director Packtypes, where she drove profitability levers of key packs within the US portfolio through promoted and non-promoted strategies, including development and implementation of pricing action tactics to drive speed of price realization.  Suzanne has also held multiple leadership roles within the Hershey US Sales organization, including Sales Director, Hershey Grocery East and Customer Sales Executive, Walmart. 

Suzanne holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from James Madison University and an MBA from The Smeal College of Business at The Pennsylvania State University.

She resides in Palmyra, Pa. with her husband and daughter.
